Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. SERVICES

BSA provides AI-powered business automation services including Mary AI voice receptionist, CRM, website modernization, appointment booking, SMS/email automation, and reputation management on a subscription basis.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 or older and a legally registered business or individual to use our services.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments processed through Stripe

Subscriptions billed monthly in advance

Setup fees charged at onboarding and are non-refundable

Usage-based charges (SMS, calls, AI minutes) may apply beyond included allowances

A2P registration fees passed through to customer

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our services to violate any laws, send spam, infringe intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent practices.

6. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By using our SMS features, you agree to comply with TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BSA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amount paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. DISCLAIMER

Services provided "as is" without warranty. Mary AI performance may vary based on call volume and configuration.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
